This project involved a full replacement of the school’s outdated boiler system and upgrades to building-wide heating and temperature controls. Work included removing old fuel tanks, boilers, and associated piping, and installing new high-efficiency gas-fired boilers, hot water systems, and control panels. A modern digital temperature control system was added to improve energy efficiency and indoor climate management. Additional upgrades included new sump pumps, ductwork, and piping, as well as testing and balancing of all systems.
