Architectural work included demolishing CMU walls for the fuel oil tank vault and repairing concrete flooring. Mechanical upgrades featured boiler replacements, new air compressors, pumps, and ventilation systems. Electrical work provided updated power panels and connections for essential systems. Plumbing improvements ensured efficient gas service, water piping, and drainage.
