NYSCA PS111X

This project at PS 111X, located at 3740 Baychester Ave, New York 10466, primarily involved the comprehensive overhaul of the existing oil-fired heating plant, replacing it with a new gas-fired system, including new boilers and associated piping. Additionally, the existing pneumatic climate control system was removed and upgraded to a new DDC (Direct Digital Control) system. The work also encompassed replacing the hot water heater with a new gas-fired unit, upgrading electrical equipment, and architectural renovations to the boiler room such as concrete pad replacement, wall priming, and floor painting.
