This project involved major upgrades to the school’s heating and climate control systems, including the complete replacement of the existing boiler plant with new high-efficiency boilers that support biofuel. A modern building management system was installed to improve heating and ventilation throughout the school. Additional work included new ductwork, exhaust systems, fresh air ventilation for classrooms and offices, and updated plumbing and electrical connections. Structural and architectural modifications were made to support the new equipment, such as lowering floors, adding a boiler pit, and updating ceilings and doorways. Exterior improvements included pavement and curb replacements, along with enhanced safety and accessibility features.
