This project focused on restoring and protecting the school building’s exterior and roof. Work included replacing parapets, windows, and roofing systems, as well as repairing or replacing damaged brick, masonry, and decorative terra cotta. Additional improvements involved updating drainage systems, installing new flood protection features, and making repairs to ceilings and interior finishes. Electrical and HVAC components related to the exterior and roof were also upgraded. These enhancements aimed to improve the building’s durability, safety, and appearance while preserving its historic character.
