The Summary of work for this project is Facade Upgrade and Perimeter Protection at 130 Livingston Plaza Building in the Borough of Brooklyn, NY. The Work of this Contract consists of the repair, rehabilitation and upgrade of the masonry facade, partial roof replacement, and installation of perimeter protection at 130 Livingston Street in the Borough of Brooklyn. The scope includes all local repair and remediation work necessary to correct or replace work currently existing at the project site.
